Manufactured goods in the form of commercial aircraft; fabricated metal products; petroleum and coal products; machinery; industrial equipment; agricultural machinery; and construction equipment; computer and electronic products; primary metal; food manufacturing; beverage and tobacco product manufacturing; textile mills; clothing; home furnishings; apparel; leather goods; wood products; electrical equipment; chemicals; plastics and rubber; toys and games; medical equipment; sporting goods; tools; furniture; paper; transportation equipment; or any goods derived from miscellaneous manufacturing and that meets one of the following criteria: 1.) where more than half the components come from Kansas; 2.) final assembly takes place in Kansas or; 3.) the headquarters of the company that manufactures the goods is based in Kansas and includes the functions of design and/or engineering of the manufactured products.
