The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by anycompany authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certifythat each such company has, based upon completion of an initialaudit performed by the certifier and the company's agreement to besubject to ongoing surveillance and re-certification audits performedby the certifier, met the standards and criteria imposed by the certifierand in compliance with ISO42001 standards (managed by theInternational Standards Organization), with respect to each suchcompany's information security management systems and practices.
