Underneath the grizzly bear, within the long rectangle shape, is the Chukchansi word "NOHʔOʔ" which uses the "ʔ" character to represent glottal stop sounds. NOHʔOʔ is written in thick script in a rust red color. Underneath the word NOHʔOʔ, within the shorter rectangle shape, is the word CAFE in thick script in dark brown. On either side of the word CAFE, in rust red color in thin lines, are stylized arrow shapes. On the left of the word CAFE, there is a right pointing arrow, a right pointing v-shape, and a y-shape with the base leg of the y pointing to the right. On the right of the word CAFE, there a y-shape with the base leg of the y pointing to the left, a left pointing v-shape, and a left pointing arrow.
