The mark consists of a dark blue rectangle framed by black and gold borders. At the top of the rectangle, there are four gold medals set out horizontally and comprised of the following shapes left-to-right: a shield, an ornate oval, a flower shape and a circle. Each medal has a geographical designation set out directly below it in white text, in the following left-to-right order: “San Luis 1904”, “Caracas 1904”, “Londres 1901” and “París 1889”. In the horizontal center of the rectangle, the text “Ponche Crema” is written in larger white letters on a wavy red and white background. Below this and to the right, in gold script, is the text “Desde 1900 Un siglo” set on a gold background. At the bottom of the rectangle, a red and blue strip contains the text “Único de Eliodoro González P.” in white text set inside a red bar stripe.
