The mark consists of a circle which is encircled by an evenly spaced series of stars. Within the circle, the the words “Sweet CHAbanero” appears in an arched format along the upper inside edge of the circle in a stylized font. In a similar location at the bottom of the circle the words “BY TEXAS PETE” appear in a stylized font. Within the circle, two semi-circles, one a solid line with a white star in the middle and the second a series of evenly spaced marks create the image of a smaller circle within the larger circle. Prominently at the center of the mark the word and an exclamation mark: “CHA!” appears in a larger stylized font.
