The mark consists of a diamond shape design made entirely of circles. The circles are clustered closer together at the top of the diamond, but gradually decrease in size and increase in spacing toward the bottom of the design. To the right of the diamond design is a vertical line that extends from the top to the bottom of the design mark. Furthest to the right are the capitalized letters "EVTKS" where the "V" and the "T" overlap.
