The mark consists of The mark has both symbols and words. The mark has a white background. Starting at the bottom, from left to right, the word "LEADEM" appears in all caps, stylized in the color black. The word "To" appears, stylized with the T upper case the and O lower case, in the color black. Behind the words "To" is the base of a see-saw in the color beige which has a flat base and curved sides that meet at the top in an oval shape. The base of the see-saw, at the top, below the curve has a transparent black circle allowing the beige to show through. The word "THRIVE" appears stylized in the color red in all caps. Above the stylized words "LEADEM To THRIVE" is the main part of the see-saw which is beige with a black outline. The see-saw is a rectangle with two sets of black in color, parallel sides of equal lengths and two sets of black in color, parallel sides of equal lengths. The handle is thin, straight with a circle at the top in black color. The stick figure on the right, has a stick neck that is black in color, with a round beige in color head, the head is outlined in black color and has a long thing black circle line as a smile that extends to both ears that are one the side of their face. The black in color line smile has a black in color line at the end of each side of the line smile. The stick figures eyes are above their smile and are black in color, shaded in circles.
