The mark consists of a circular design with a central sun that has a human-like face wearing a traditional mortarboard graduation cap, complete with a tassel hanging on the right side. Surrounding the sun are 16 thick and thin rays. Encircling the sun, the outer ring contains the literal element "EDUENERGY" on the top and the literal element "EDUCATIONAL AND INSPIRING" displayed at the bottom with a crown-like shape on either side. Six five-pointed stars are evenly distributed along the outer ring, with three on either side. Above and below the stars are small circles. The entire design is enclosed within a thick circular border.
