The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a jacket featuring a combination of the following elements: (a) a high collar, (b) a front full zipper with pull tab, the zipper on the middle of the jacket, (c) five loop fasteners placed and oriented as follows: two loop fasteners shaped as horizontal bars on the front of the jacket at about the chest area, one on the left side and the other on the right side; one loop fastener shaped as a small square on the front of the jacket, centered above the horizontal bar loop fastener on the left side; and two loop fasteners shaped as large rectangles on the sleeves of the jacket, one on the upper left sleeve and the other on the upper right sleeve, (d) four zippered pockets placed and oriented as follows: two zippered side seam pockets on the front of the jacket at about the waist area, one on the left side and the other on the right side; one zippered chest pocket on the front right side of the jacket at about the chest area; and one zippered sleeve pocket on the upper left sleeve of the jacket, (e) two flap pockets with exterior flap closures on the sleeves of the jacket, one on the lower left sleeve and the other on the lower right sleeve, (f) one hook-and-loop fastener on top of the large rectangular loop fastener on the upper left sleeve, and (g) one pass-through flap on the back of the jacket. The elements shown in broken lines on the surface of the jacket indicate stitching and are claimed as features of the mark.
