The mark consists of The mark consists of a unique Mexican bowtie design, shaped like a traditional bowtie, unlike the mono charro that has a completely different shape, but featuring diverse Mexican patterns and colors. This bowtie can be used independently or integrated with other design elements to create a distinctive visual identity. This mark that with all elements (an independent application has been filed for each element) consists of a stylized integration featuring a central character, Puerquito, surrounded by a four-leaf clover frame, and incorporating a unique Mexican bowtie design. The bowtie includes various Mexican patterns and colors, adding distinctiveness to the overall mark. The integrated design serves as a visual identifier for the brand, combining these elements to create a distinctive and recognizable symbol. I am also writing a book that will tell the story of Puerquito, his cosmic origin and why he “wakes up” in Mexico during the Spanish colonization.
