The mark consists of the wording MAS+ in stylized lettering running vertically with an accent mark over the A in MAS, the wording BY in smaller stylized lettering running horizontally and centered beneath the M in MAS, and the wording MESSI in stylized lettering larger than BY but smaller than MAS+ running horizontally and centered beneath BY. The + sign includes a shadow that presents the appearance of depth. An additional design element in the shape of the accent mark over the A in MAS+, but larger and rotated 90° clockwise relative thereto, is centered above the + in MAS+. All of the foregoing elements are disposed over a background consisting of distinct upper and lower regions, wherein a boundary between the upper and lower regions runs diagonally downward, left-to-right, such that the additional accent-shaped design element, the “AS+” portion of the wording MAS+, and a portion of the M thereof all are located within the upper region, whereas the remaining textual elements are located in the lower region. The broken lines in the drawing do not form part of the mark, but rather indicate a boundary of the mark. The mark can be disposed on a beverage container such as a bottle or a can such that the mark takes up a predominant proportion and spans the width of a front of said container.
