The mark consists of a circle with a rectangle over the center of it. The rectangle and lower half of the circle are shaded. On the rectangle, appear the letters "ACDR" with the letters "A" and "R" appearing in a stylized font followed by a vertical bar and the stacked words, "Association for Consumer Debt Relief". The upper half of the circle displays a semi-circle of stars coming up from the top of the rectangle and a check mark appearing between the semi-circle of stars and the top of the rectangle. The bottom half of the circle has the word, "MEMBER" on it. Behind the circle there is a shaded horizontal ribbon sticking out on the sides.
