The mark consists of a circle divided into four, colored quadrants. The quadrants are separated by a thin, white space running horizontally and vertically through the circle. The NW quadrant is blue, the SW quadrant is green, the SE quadrant is teal, and the NE quadrant is white. Each of the three colored quadrants contains symmetrical petal shapes that sit on the edge of the quadrant. The petals are of a lighter hue than the quadrant color itself. The remaining non-petal part of each colored quadrant forms an arrowhead like shape and is the darker hue. The white colored quadrant has no petal and its darker blue hue sits on the exterior of the quadrant as if to form a square. To the right of the circle are three stacked words. "Global" is in black, "Leaders" is in the darker blue color - and the top of the "s" is truncated. "Assembly" is in black with the top of the two "s" and the "y" truncated.
