The mark consists of an outline of the State of Texas which is shaded on the internal left-hand side with a display of a cross and bisected on the internal right-hand side with a horizontal line, above which is a cross and across which is a stylized image of a bandage, below which on the left-hand side is a star and on the right-hand side a stylized medical monitor output line, and all of the foregoing above the words TEXAS WOUND SOLUTIONS MOBILE WOUND CARE SERVICE.
