The inside of the square consists of a background grid square that are approximately 1/4" x 1/4" square that represents windows of training opportunities. The foreground letter consists of a bold capital 'T', font Times New Roman. It measures approximately 5/8" from the top of the offset square line and approximately 1/4" from the bottom of the offset square line. It sets in from the left side of the offset square line approximately 5/8" and from the right side of the offset square line approximately 1- 3/4". Centered within the T is the roman numeral 3 (III), Times New Roman. The bottom of the roman numeral is approximately 1/2" from the bottom of the bottom offset square line. The left is approximately 1" from the left offset square line and the right is approximately 1- 5/8" from the right offset square line. The middle is centered between the T. The number 3 itself is at top of the T offset approximately 1/4" in from the right inner bold line and down from the top bold line approximately 1/8". It's font is also Times New Roman.
