The mark consists of The mark consists of: from the top, on a white background by default, a set of four standing concentric tridimensional new-moon shaped semi-circles, growing from a least to a greatest size from right to left; below the said set of semi-circles, a first set of literal elements on a horizontal line, laid out in large boldface capital letters, which reads: LUX BREEZE; a second set of literal elements laid out on a horizontal line, below the first set of literal elements -in small boldface capital letters, about 7/16 the font size of the first set of literal elements- which reads: AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING; a set of five stars of a same size, as tall as the characters in the second set of literal elements, aligned and centralized horizontally below the second set of literal elements; a set of three two-dimensional stripes disposed horizontally one on top of another, wherein the top stripe is of blue color, the next stripe below the top stripe is of white color, and the bottom stripe is of red color; wherein the color of the concentric semi-circles is blue; wherein the color of the literal elements is black by default, but that, alternatively, can be white for a dark background; and wherein the color of each of the stars is gold-yellow by default, but that, alternatively, can be white for a dark background.
