The mark consists of a picture of a soda float with ice cream dripping from the bottle and a straw coming out of it, appearing in front of a silhouette of New York City and inside a sideways oval with triangles around the oval making it look like a sun. The words "New York" are encompassed by an oblong banner with screw designs on either end of the banner, appearing on the top of the soda float in front of black horizontal lines. On the bottom of the soda float design the words "Soda Float" appear on a blank license plate. On the very bottom is the stylized word "Company" encompassed by a half circle banner featuring a small circular design element on either side thereof.
