The mark consists of Portrait-style illustration of the head and shoulders of a man holding a wrench and dressed as a plumber, whose face is shown in three-quarters view, wearing a cap bearing the letters “RPX” in a stylized font, emerging from a partial circle that forms a background as one of three centered and vertically arranged, partially overlapping shapes, namely the circle and two rectangles with rounded corners, one larger, containing the word “ROOTER” in stylized font, and one smaller, containing the word “ProXpress,” all contained by an outer border, wherein the circle and larger rectangle are also outlined by a thinner, inner border, and the smaller rectangle has no inner border. Colors used in the mark are: black for the eyebrows, for shadows in the ear, under the hat, jaw, lower lip, and collar, and for outlines, including the “RPX” letters on the hat, the outermost border, and outlines of the man’s features, head, neck, clothing, hat, and hand, and his wrench; tan and beige for the face, neck, and hand; taupe for the stubble around the mouth, rust for the upper lip, mahogany for shading around the jawline and neck, brown for the hair, the iris of the eyes, and shading around the eyes; blue for the background, hat, and clothing; white for the eyes, borders, and lettering; red and burgundy for the wrench handle and the background behind “ProXpress”; gray for the jaw and screw of the wrench.
