The mark consists of trade dress for the overall appearance of the exterior front surface of the packaging for the goods. The mark consists of the unadorned background wherein on the righthand side of the mark, there is a vertical band spanning from the top to the bottom of the mark. Slightly to left of the center of the mark there are three horizontal white rectangles stacked equidistance on top of one another. There is a square outlined in white appearing slightly above these three horizontal white rectangles.
