The mark consists of The mark consists of A series of concentric circles with an outer ring in navy followed by a white line and another ring of navy. In the second navy ring, the words "organization development process certification program" appear in all caps in white. The wording is wrapped around the top of the second ring. At the bottom of the second ring is an all white version of the Institute of Organization Development logo (a stylized infinity symbol with the left half smaller than the right with a filled in circle at the peak of each side mimicking curved stick figure people). Moving inward in the circle is another white dividing line then a full blue circle in the center. The letters "odpc" are centered in the middle of the circle in lower case white lettering. At the center bottom of the blue circle "institute of organization development" is written in white all caps.
