The mark consists of what is known as a “Penrose Triangle”, a three-dimensional shape consisting of three straight bars which meet pairwise at right angles at the vertices of the triangle they form, creating an illusion of the bars flowing into one another. The bars, when accounting for their three-dimensional stylization, resemble arrows, with the left side of each arrow shape approximately twice as long as the length of the right side. Beginning on the base of the Penrose Triangle, the tip of the arrow shape points slightly southwest, with the end of its left side pointing directly east and the end of the right side pointing slightly northeast. Moving clockwise, the second arrow shape, having its left side constitute the majority of the left side of the Penrose Triangle, possesses a tip that points directly north, with the end of the left side of the symbol pointing southwest and the end of the right side of the symbol pointing southeast. The third arrow shape, having its left side constitute the majority of the right side of the Penrose Triangle, possesses a tip that points east/southeast, with the end of the left side of the symbol pointing north/northwest and the end of the right side of the symbol pointing directly west. Immediately beneath the Penrose Triangle symbol is the word “COMPTON” in bold and capitalized letters, and immediately beneath the word “COMPTON” are the words “SERVICES LLC” in smaller capitalized letters.
