The mark consists of a freestanding, stylized, upright, arrow-like vector (vector), where the tip of the arrowhead and arrow shaft are symmetrically split in half forming a downward, tapering void along about two-thirds of the central axis with respect to the arrowhead tip and the bottom of the arrow shaft of the vector, where the remaining one-third of the vector is undivided, where said split terminates above the remaining undivided one-third of the vector, where both the void and outside surfaces below the arrowhead shoulders terminate in a substantially “V” shape, where the angle of the arrowhead shoulders deviate slightly above perpendicular relative to said central axis and extend away from the arrow shaft at a length of about half of the length of a split arrowhead on each side of the vector, and where the left side of the vector is one shade of blue and the right side of the vector is a substantially darker shade of blue relative to the shade of blue of the left side of the vector.
