This mark has a vertical rectangle in the center with the two other rectangles intersecting it at equal intervals. Inside this interior is a snake with a tongue sticking out on the left side of his mouth (from the viewer's perspective). The snake is wrapped around a pole that comes to a point at the lower end. This point extends below the outline of the "Q". The pole has a rounded bulb on the top with a spot indicating a reflective shine. The snake is wrapped in a straight jacket. The snake's left eye (viewer's perspective) has a swirl. The snake has eyebrows that extend off of his bulbous eyes. After the "Q" the letters "UIRK" appear. Below it is the word "ALERT".
