The mark consists of a lavender-pink bag that stands vertically on its approximately five-inch-wide base and is approximately eight inches tall with a depth of approximately 3.5 inches, capable of holding approximately 12 ounces of whole coffee beans; with the owner's applied-for stylized mark 'dito' (Serial No. 99043256) situated in the top-half of the bag outlined in white, with reverberating white lines emanating from the word 'dito' and spanning out across the entire front of the bag; the fourth emanating line from the word 'dito' is broken by the word, 'coffee' under the letter 'd' in dito, in a much smaller non-stylized sans serif font; with one of two circles on the bottom half of the bag - either (1) an orange circle with the words 'spark' and 'chocolate, dark cherry, crushable,' and five bullet points rounding the bottom of the orange circle, only one of which is an empty bullet point; or (2) an off-white circle with the words 'weekend' and 'easy drinking, rich, caramel.' Above the orange or off-white circle label is a yellow oval with the word 'YUM!' inside it whose outline is jagged and bright blue-teal. In the bottom left-hand corner of the package front is the phrase, 'dito' and 'a project of madcap [bolt] coffee.' The 'madcap [bolt] coffee' is the owner's registered mark (USPTO Reg. No. 7,508,148).
