The mark consists of A swirling circle of blades that is dark blue on the outer edge gradiants to a light blue towards the center of the image. The larger outer blade on the top swirls counterclockwise and cuts through the center of the circle to create the middle blade point on the right side of the image, a smaller blade begins in the center of the circle from the left to the right side of the image, and the bottom blade is separated from the other two blades and begins on the left side of the outer edge of the circle, contains a split at the bottom of the circle and merges back together at the right side of the image to form the bottom blade point.
