The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with a neck that emanates upward from the center. The literal term "CROWN ROYAL" appears across the front of the bottle. Ten triangular ridges appear at the bottom of the front of the bottle design with wavy horizontal lines appearing below the ridges. The ridges extend across the front of the bottle design and curve around the sides of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and the cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
