The medium blue in the middle symbolizes water; and the darker blue in the lower portion represents the ocean and its resources, specifically. The letters "Gf" represent the Georgia Funders' Forum with the "2" indicating that there are two "Fs." The apostrophe being placed AFTER the word "funders" is deliberate to indicate that the forum is FOR the funders who participate. In other words, it is mainly for their benefit. This logo represents a gathering and sharing of program managers from various funding programs.
