The mark consists of four forearms and fists clasped in a square and colored red, yellow, white and brown; a green turtle shell, legs, head and tail all colored green with black contour lines; a purple ring around the turtle shell bearing two phrases, "FIRST PEOPLE COUNCIL", and "HEALING THE SACRED HOOP"; a solid blue ring outside of the purple ring; a thin solid white ring outside of the blue ring; a final purple ring outside of the white ring, bearing a contiguous white-lined design element all the way around.
