The mark consists of a design consisting of blue compass points each terminating in a half arrow point, with a incomplete circle drawn from the right of the top arrow counterclockwise to just above the right arrow in color gradients from orange at the top through yellow, green, yellow, orange, and purple at the end point; there is a blue "x" shape of lines radiating from the center of the compass points with each line situated half way between the arrows of the compass and terminating at the sam distance; a horizontal scrolled blue line overlaps the left-right compass line; on each of the radiating blue lines is a water drop shape connected by a blue linear circle, with a green waterdrop on the top compass line, proceeding counter clockwise with purple, blue, purple, red, purple, yellow, and purple; outside the incomplete circle and between the compass points are purple circles in varying sizes, and between the ends of the incomplete color spectrum circle are two blue circles and one incomplete blue circle.
