The mark consists of the words "Grand Conclave of the Chi Rho Fraternity, Inc." and below this are the words "Prince Hall Affiliated." Beneath the words are a purple shield with a red border on the right and a yellow border on the left. A gold "X" intersects with a gold "P" in the middle of the shield. To the left of the "X" is a gold "A" and to the right of the "X" is a gold Greek letter symbol, omega "O." Intersecting gold lightning bolts are positioned behind the shield. Above the shield is a gold, faceless bust wearing a crown. Below the shield is a parchment symbol placed at the lower left of the shield with the words "Founded 28 October 312 AD" on the parchment. Another parchment symbol is positioned opposite the first, to the lower right of the shield, with the words "Charged 25 June 1792 AD" with a red bar between them, positioned above a larger blue bar, resting on top of a black compass and miter square, with a gold wreath that envelopes the lower portion of the miter square and extends up both sides of the shield towards the faceless bust wearing a crown. Beneath the shield and wreath is a blue ribbon banner with the Greek letters and symbol "EN TOPsTO NIKA" in gold. At the bottom of the mark are the letters "ETN" positioned above the words "Epsilon Tau Nu" all in a stylized, cursive black font.
