The mark consists of a solid circle with two triangles facing downward, stacked upon one another. The bottom triangle has a second triangle inside of it, also pointing downwards, with a small opening at the bottom where the point of the triangle should be. The top triangle also has a triangle inside of it facing downward, but much smaller. The two top lines of the top triangle extend outwards, past the horizontal line where the triangle ends, to the left and right sides of the mark, within the circle.
