The mark consists of A shield bisected into four sections, two with a darker background than the others, the first section containing the words Intent Medical Group Service at the front of our hearts, the second section containing a web of circles connected by lines which together make the shape of a human brain, the third section containing a silhouette of a human head with empty spaces evidencing the interior of the skull, mouth and esophagus, and the fourth section containing an outline of a human head with shoulders and a human spine going down the back.
