The mark consists of the capital letters "C&H" in stylized black font, centered inside of a solid white circle with black circular border, with a narrow white ring surrounding the circle, also with black border; the white circle and ring positioned inside of a larger red-filled ring with black border in which the words "FISH COMPANY" appear in white block lettering, and wrap in a counterclockwise direction around the border of the inner white circle, in which the text begins below the letters "C&H" and ends above the letters "C&H"; the red ring also having a narrow white ring composed of black borders; centered below all rings and circles appear the words "Where Salmon is King" in black font, which follows the curve formed by the bottom of the outermost ring; lastly, the image of a salmon composed of the colors light gray, dark gray, light blue and black in curved posture overlaying the top left portion of the red ring and white circle; and above the head of the salmon rests a small yellow crown with four points.
