The mark consists of a dark blue letter "C" forming an incomplete circle, within which sits an orange circle, with white trim around the perimeter of the orange circle. Within the orange circle is a white letter "N" in stylistic form, with a break between the diagonal portion of the "N." Beneath the circles reads, "THE CHANGE NAVIGATION COMPANY", in centered format, with the "THE" and "COMPANY" in orange and "CHANGE NAVIGATION" in dark blue. The word "COMPANY" also has two evenly-spaced horizontal lines extending from the beginning and end of the word.
