The mark consists of the letters M and B written in bold font with "embee holdings" written below. The right side of the M is also the left side of the B, but the B is also transposed down and to the right. There is a 45 degree diagonal slash cutting through the intersection of the letters, at the bottom right of the M and top left of the B, leaving an empty white space and two black tapered lines; one goes from the middle-right of the M and points up to the right, the second goes from the middle-left of the B and points down to the left.
