The mark consists of the top half of the logo spelling out "BMT" in thick bold font. The "M" is made up of three vertical bars of varying heights with a stylized upward-trending graph arrow line. The arrow starts low and cuts into the bottom right portion of "B" and the arrow ends above the "T". The "B", "T", and center vertical bar of the "M" are black while the two outer vertical bars of the "M" are navy blue. The bottom half of the logo consists of three horizontal swirly bars, like Spanish tildas, of decreasing size. The top and bottom horizontal tildas are black while the center horizontal tilda is the same navy blue as the two outer "M" bars. The top horizontal tilda cuts into the bottoms of all three letters.
