The use of the designation mark is provided to vendors who: (1) Have met the minimum number of members that satisfactorily completed the mandatory certificate courses, as prepared and determined by the certifier with respect to sustainable practices in insurance and construction; (2) Abide by the Continuing Education designation programrequirements, namely, holders of the designation must satisfy the criteria set by the certifier to maintain the designation including but not limited to: (a) attending seminars and courses required by the certifier; (b) attending industry seminars and special events related to sustainability and providing documentation of participation in accordance with the certifiersrequirements; (c) tracking activities relating to material disposal and diversion, and other data as required by the certifier and supported by the certifier's software; (d) maintain the minimum number of individual certificate holders employed in order to maintain the firm's certification from year to year; (e) Pay annual renewal fees
