The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a self contained coffee shop design consisting of a cargo container that is unfolded to review a coffee bar, kitchen supplies, and checkout station. The deployable carg container unfolds and extends to reveal a coffee kiosk. The people, interior items, interior features and anything outside of the dotted lines is not part of the mark and only serves to show the trade dress as it pertains to the unfolding cargo container. The container contains two Q logo designs comprised of rectangles surrounded by a circle.
