The mark consists of a seven-sided star contained within a circle, of which each side is in a contrasting shade. There are seven stars, one in between each side of the star, each in a contrasting shade. At the centre of the star is a small circle, which is outlined twice. A spiked circle surrounds the outermost outline. The spiked circle is encased within another circle, which looks like a flower with seven petal-like semi-circles. The seven-sided star is enclosed within a large circle, which is slightly broken by each side of the star forming an angle where they meet. The words "SEVEN STARS" are written below this design in a large, bold, capitalized font. Underneath "SEVEN STARS", the word "ENERGY" is written in the same bold, capitalized font, but smaller and in the centre. A lighter coloured line underlines the words "SEVEN STARS" on either side of the word "ENERGY".
