Behind the lighthouse, stork, and land appear a green sky and white cloud. The stork (except for part of one of its wings), sky, water, waves, lighthouse and land all appear within the blue outline of an incomplete oval, surrounded by the white outline of an incomplete oval, surrounded by the blue outline of an incomplete oval. Behind all of these design elements appear straight, green intersecting lines that form a stylized pattern of white mosaic tiles.
