In the central portion of the mark, and to the right of the brain-spine illustration, resides the text, "CAPITAL BRAIN". Beneath "CAPITAL BRAIN" and centered relative to the body of text resides the text, "AND SPINE". The text, "CAPITAL BRAIN | AND SPINE" is of moderate and equal font size. Beneath "AND SPINE" is a thin, horizontal line of length greater than the horizontal length of "CAPITAL BRAIN"; the horizontal line resides to the right of the illustration of the vertebrae, at approximately the 9th-10th vertebrae, counted descendingly. The horizontal line does not visually contact text, neither above nor below, nor the illustration of the spine.
