The mark consists of two literal elements, namely BORICUA and STEEL, written on a black background, in a top to bottom direction. The word BORICUA is written in white italic letters, with the letter B having a brown fedora hat on top, while the letter O is depicted by part of the owner's own mark. Specifically, a silver ring with a black outline, shading and six silver rivets around the ring. Within the silver ring there is a yellow inner circle, also with a black outline with a picture of a silver metal beam crossing a silver metal tube forming an X figure in the middle of said circle. Finally, the word STEEL is written in brown capital letters.
