The mark consists of two elk, one to each side of angled skis which intersect such that the intersection forms the shape of a tent, standing atop a crest. The antlers of each elk contain a design element consisting of leaves and branches. Centered between the angled skis is a solid diamond shape, with the first two literal elements of the mark, the capital letter "C" and the capital letter "A" centered immediately below. The crest consists of an arced bracketed shape, with design elements in the shapes of leaves abutting each end. The literal element "ASPEN" in all capitalized letters is centered within the bracketed shape. Irregular concave pentagon flag shapes appear below the crest, one on each side. The remaining literal elements of the mark appear in all capitalized letters below the design elements in three rows of text. The first row of text consists of "CHALET ALPINA" in a large, stylized text. The second and third rows of text are in a different, smaller stylized text, each centered below the first row, with "RESORT & MOUNTAIN CLUB" as the second row, and "ASPEN COLORADO" as the third row, with a straight line graphic element in between "ASPEN" and "COLORADO".
