The mark consists of an upper horizontal row of bubble letters S, N, U, and G each centered within a circle with a ring around the circle. A lower horizontal row of bubble letters L, U, and G each centered within a circle with a ring around the circle. The circle and the ring around the letter S overlaps on the circle and ring around the letter N next to it and the circle and ring around the letter L below it. The circle and ring around the letter N overlaps on to the circle and ring around the letter U to it's right, and the letters L and U below it. The circle and the ring around the letter G on the top row overlaps on to the circle and ring around the letter U to it's left and the letter G below it.
