The mark consists of a stylized pawn with two circles around it, both slightly above the base of the pawn. A diagonal line crosses over both the pawn and the circles, resembling a "not allowed" symbol. One of the circles is bold and lays symmetrically withing a thinner outer circle. Multiple lines, or "rays", extend symmetrically from around the body of the pawn to the inner edge of the bold inner circle. From the outer edge of the bold inner circle, lines extend just beyond the outer limits of the thin outer circle. There are fewer lines outside of the bold circle than within it. Eleven symbols, resembling infinity signs opened on one side, encircle the previous circular elements symmetrically. The eleven symbols are grouped in five pairs, with one seemingly unpaired symbol partially "hidden" behind the base of the pawn. Each symbol mirrors the one it is paired with, and all pairings are separated by a single dot. The word "NOPAUNE" sits centered below the base of the pawn.
