The mark consists of the color combination of black and gold ombre as applied to packaging for the goods, wherein black appears over the top third of the bottle and then transitions to a metallic gold ombre on the bottom two thirds of the bottle. On the top third of the bottle there is a stylized letter T inside of a rectangle. The T is depicted in metallic gold and black ombre with the gold at the top transitioning to black at the bottom. The rectangle is depicted in metallic black and gold ombre with black at the top transitioning to gold at the bottom. The dotted lines outlining the cap and bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
