The mark consists of an outer circle which borders the mark, and contained within that outer circle are two mirror images appearing to divide the inner portion of the circle into four quadrants, with the mirror images containing vertical solid lines situated towards the center of the circle, and in each apparent quadrant of the circle contained in that respective mirror image then redirecting to follow the circular border approximately a quarter of the way around the circle before then redirecting back on a straight horizontal line inward toward the vertical lines, then briefly following the vertical line in parallel before coming to a "hook-like" point. At the center of each mirror image on the left and right are a solid horizontal line which stretch out from the center of the vertical line and stop shy of reaching the outer circle, further creating the appearance of four distinct quadrants.
