The mark consists of a composite design of a lightbulb and the words "HOWE TECHNOLOGY" in capital letters to the right of the lightbulb. The lightbulb is formed by three different parts. Together the three disjointed parts form the general outline of a lightbulb. The top part of the lightbulb is made of two stylized lines which form the bulb shape of the lightbulb. One line on the left forms the left side of the bulb shape and one line on the right forms the right side of the bulb shape. The left line appears round with several swooping curves. The right line appears round with several detailed swooping curves. Some of the right swooping curves branch into lines that face inward and end with rounded circles. These inward facing lines with circles at the end reference the wiring paths of printed circuit boards (PCB). Underneath the bulb are three rounded rectangles and a semi-circle stacked vertically. There is thin space between each of the rectangles and the semi-circle. The three rounded rectangles form the screw threads of a light bulb cap. The semi-circle directly below forms the bottom most electrical foot contact of the light bulb. The background of the mark is transparent. This includes all gaps where the lightbulb is not connected and spaces in between the letters in the words of the mark.
