The mark consists of a circular design consisting of a lake scene with a green frog head with yellow, orange, and red eyes, rising out of the surface of the blue water, with silver ripples on the water, blue sky and lavender clouds above the frog head, brown cattails and green vegetation on either side of the frog head, all framed in a white circle which is bordered in red and featuring the words, "SCUM FROG", superimposed in red letters outlined in black across the circular design, under the frog head and above the bottom of the circle.
