The mark consists of the word CHURROTLÁN in dark brown lettering across the center of the mark which has a pale yellow background. The word is contained in a rectangle which is in light brown and has a design of two intersecting squares with a small square created by the intersection on each short side of the rectangle. At the top and bottom of the rectangle in the center of the mark is a triangular design in light brown made of several lines that create zig zag shapes that intersect creating small diamond shapes. This design is at the top and the bottom of the mark in the center of the rectangle.
